Jeff is Director of Operations at BWA and has overall responsibility for major operational areas, including the delivery of services to our customers, vendor management, contract negotiations, and all general business and legal activities for the company. Jeff also creates standards and implements policies and procedures in support of the initiatives established by the organization. This includes developing and managing the firm’s annual plan and budgeting process.
