Client Service Assistant

Job Description

Job Title: Client Service Assistant

Position Location: Frisco, TX

Position Type: Full Time

Position Description: The qualified candidate is self-motivated and seeks out an energetic work environment. In the position, the candidate will primarily be responsible for completing client documentation. Additional administrative duties will vary to support firm initiatives.

Requirements: Undergraduate degree

Responsibilities: Provide outstanding customer service to clients, prospects, and vendors

Provide administrative support to Wealth Advisor and Relationship Managers

Generate reports and documents as requested by team members

Perform data entry to establish and maintain client contact information and portfolio records

Maintain client files using an electronic document management system

Other duties as assigned

Skill Requirements: Possess a friendly and welcoming presence to clients and vendors

Possess a “can-do” and service-oriented attitude in assisting the team

Knowledge of general office procedures

Polished professionalism with superior oral and written communication skills

Excellent technical skills (CRM, MS Office, etc.)

Must be detail oriented, flexible, and responsive

Client oriented work ethic, delivering high quality results

Exercise tact, courtesy, and discretion in contacts at all levels – both within and outside the Firm

Person of sound judgment who can prioritize
